Roster of Scouts and Adult Leaders currently Chartered with Troop 400

-Roster information is only accessible if you are a registered member of Troop 400-Basic information (First Name and last initial, rank, woggle color (number of nights camping), patrol assignment, and leadership position (if applicable) will appear for all Troop 400 members to see-Personal information (addresses & phone numbers) will only appear if you authorize it on the T400 Roster Agreement and Consent Form -All Troop Parents must sign the Roster Agreement and Consent Form and have it recorded with the Troop's New Member Coordinator-If any information needs to be updated, please contact the Troop's New Member Coordinator
If you are looking for the roster, look in your email system for an email sent from "Troop 400 (via Google Sheets)" with the subject line " Spreadsheet shared with you: "Troop 400 Roster_Web" "-if you can not find this email double check your spam/junk mail folder for itFor security and compatibility reasons we can not provide a direct link to the roster. The roster link has to be sent out to each T400 member by Google email.Periodically the Roster will be sent out to the entire Troop. The email will look like this:

Troop 400 Roster Code of Conduct

Regardless of sharing preferences, all families and scouts in Troop 400 must agree and abide by the following Troop 400 Roster Code of Conduct to ensure the appropriate use of information and youth safety.


  • Contact information will be used for Scouting communication purposes only. I will not send spam or marketing materials.
  • I will not share Troop Roster information with outside sources, vendors, or people.
  • My communication will follow guidelines for safe and civil conduct.
For the purposes of this policy, "uncivil conduct" may include, but not be limited to, the following: directing vulgar, obscene or profane gestures or words at another individual; taunting, jeering, or inciting others to taunt or jeer at an individual; repeatedly or in a substantially disruptive manner, gossiping about others, using personal epithets, violating the privacy of another individual, or other similar disruptive conduct.
  • My communication will follow the rules set forth in BSA Youth Protection Training as expressed below:

One-on-one contact between adult leaders and youth members is prohibited both inside and outside of Scouting. (Youth Protection and Barriers to Abuse FAQs)

· In situations requiring a personal conference, the meeting is to be conducted with the knowledge and in view of other adults and/or youth.· Private online communications (texting, phone calls, chat, IM, etc.) must include another registered leader or parent.· Communication by way of social media (Facebook, Snapchat, etc.) must include another registered leader or parent.
