Melita Packing List
What to Bring to Camp
This is a hybrid packing list based on the standard T400 Backpacking Equipment List, the Camp Melita Island list, and Wise Old Scout experience.

Personal Essentials
Hiking backpack (if you don't have one, the troop has loaners)
Uniform shirt, neckerchief, and slide (plus OA sash if you are a member of OA)
T-shirts (red T400 shirt plus others as needed)
Pants

*Scouts below First Class rank must have a tent buddy. We will group into patrols, so try to buddy with someone from your patrol.
**Scouts age 12+ will need a $10 Tribal fishing license if they are taking Fishing or Fly Fishing, or wish to fish recreationally. We will purchase these at Walmart in Polson en route to camp.
***If you want a Scoutmaster to keep your son's return-trip meal money, please seal it in an envelope with his name on it.
